I believe FIVE STAR customer service goes above and beyond the norm. To us, you are not just another name in our computer. From the first call, we treat you like our neighbor, and try our best to keep you happy, and comfortable. We have the best service technicians, that take their time to really diagnose the problem, instead of putting on a “band-aid”, which requires several call-backs and a lot more money out-of-pocket.
We also go above and beyond by registering all our customer’s warranties and rebates. All the customer has to do is enjoy their new system. We make sure they get every available discount, rebate, and tax credit so we can save our customers money.
Being a smaller company, we thrive on customer service. If you have a problem or issue we will take care of it with kindness and diligence. We understand the importance of having a comfortable home, and we want to keep it that way!
