That is why our technicians take the time to inspect important safely features. We also check every furnace heat exchanger for cracks. Heat exchanger cracks leak dangerous carbon monoxide into your home. Five Star takes these safety issues very seriously.

  • $59 Reduced Rate Service Calls. Regularly $79.
  • No Overtime Charges. Regularly $99-$125 for evenings or weekends.
  • 10% Off Repairs & Flat Rate Pricing. You get an additional discount over our already economical prices and no hourly labor rates.
  • Emergency Service. We'll get you running, even in the evenings and weekends.

Spring Tune Up Includes:

  • Chemically cleaning outdoor coils
  • Inspection & tightening of all electrical components
  • Inspection of all motors, capacitors, contactors, & freon levels
  • Oil motors, if needed
  • Inspection & cleaning of all drains
  • Inspection & changing of filters (customer is to supply filters)
  • Two pounds of freon, if needed
